1. Does your office perform eye exams?
The office has 3 optometrists on staff. We see young patients starting at 4 years old and up. Optometrists do comprehensive eye health exams, contact lens fittings, medical office visits and more. Please call about your specific enquiry to get more information.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and flexible spending account cards.
3. Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
We do accept Medicare & Medicaid. For details on what your specific plan covers please stop in or give us a call.
4. How long should I wait for my glasses after I order them?
Eye Q Optique has a lab onsite. Your eyeglasses may take anywhere from a few hours to 1-2 business days. This may take a longer time period for specialty lenses. The opticians can give you a more specific time for your order when you have a prescription for your order as well as the desired lens type. We do not make Medicare glasses on site. Due to high volume of patients current wait time is approximately 6-8 weeks from the order date.
5. What types of insurance do you take?
We accept all major insurances. Call our office if you need to check your eligibility and our representatives will be more than happy to assist you.
6. Can I use my existing prescription to order glasses at Eye Q Optique?
As long as the prescription is valid, meaning it has not reached the expiration date and is signed by your existing doctor you may use it to place an order. In case you do not have a copy of your record, we can reach your existing doctor to have your prescription sent to our office. Please let us know if you would like your records sent to Eye Q.
